Your information helps our team respond to your enquiry and arrange your care.
Enquiries and email
The online enquiry form is not active yet. You can contact the clinic by phone or email. Please avoid detailed medical information in general enquiries. Mailbox records follow the clinic’s retention arrangements.
Online bookings and prescription requests
When these services are active, email sign-in links let you manage your website bookings. We collect the contact and patient details requested by the form, the appointment or prescription request, and your communication choices. Details are encrypted in the website database. Authorised clinic administrators can view them to arrange and follow up your care.
Card payment is handled on Stripe’s payment page. The website does not collect your card number. Stripe receives the amount, a general clinic service description and an opaque order reference. Information you enter on Stripe’s page is handled by Stripe.
Booking and request records are kept for clinic administration and clinical follow-up. Contact the clinic to ask about access, corrections and retention. A prescription request is reviewed by a clinician; payment does not itself approve treatment.
Video consultations and texts
Video consultations use Google Meet. We email a private meeting link from the clinic. Calendar entries use an appointment reference and time, without patient names, contact details or medical information. Google processes information needed to operate the meeting.
Where appointment SMS is available, you can choose to receive confirmations and service updates at the mobile number you provide. The SMS provider processes your number, message and delivery status. Messages avoid clinical details. Reply STOP to opt out, or contact the clinic. Replies may incur your mobile provider’s charges. Texts are not an urgent-care channel; please phone for urgent help.
Other patient services
In-person booking, enrolment and the MyIndici patient portal open with Indici. Information supplied there is handled under that service’s privacy arrangements. Existing clinic records and earlier appointments remain in the clinic’s clinical systems.
Website operation
We have not added advertising trackers, session recordings or third-party analytics. Vercel processes routine connection information to deliver and protect the website. An essential, short-lived session cookie keeps you signed in. Hashed rate-limit records help prevent misuse of forms.
Links to maps, social media and other services open external websites with their own privacy arrangements.
